Ok what exactly is the offer, I have limited funds available and I have a good source of discounted homes in Columbus Ohio that are very cheap and can be rehabed for less than $10,000. I would like to make an investment in some and then find buyers so that I can sell the note created. Oh my credit score is 784 and my wifes is over 800 but I pay all the bills which keeps her credit score up. I don't plan on flipping houses but selling notes. I have also been looking at REO homes and many of them are very cheap as well. In this economy there seems to be an unlimited source of foreclosed properties and I hope to start investing in some of these opportunities.
