I have something that I want to share with the group. I have been buying leads from a company called house buyers national for a while now.
This is the only source that I have been using for leads for the last few months. I am getting enough leads to still buy 1-2 houses per month.
It’s been great for me because I can spend more time on other parts of my business, and I don’t have the hassle of bandit signs or direct mailers.
I have looked into buying leads before, but it was so expensive. The monthly fee was really high and the start up fee was a couple thousand dollars. That’s hard for new investors to afford.

The leads are sold by territories or counties, and only one investor is allowed per territory so only you will get the leads. They wont be re sold to any one else.

I know that I used to spend more than that on just one direct mail campaign, and I would only get a couple of leads. Right now I am averaging 20-35 leads per month just by using these leads.
