I have a motivated out of state seller who is selling his 4b 3.5b 2900sf house in Laguna Beach Ca. I have been able to get his price down $600,000 from what he wanted two weeks ago. I have two different people who want to lease option the house. The investor I have for this deal will not buy unless I can get it for $1 mill. The house was listed at $1,900,000 almost a year ago and I just cant get him any lower than $1,125,000. Does anybody want to do this with me???
