I know that it is a hard to invest in home but I'm willing to do it for the safe of my property and avoid foreclosures.

It is true that there are many people who would just sell their house because they can't pay any longer the mortgage and they want to avoid foreclosure. It is a sad thing, but it is happening right now due to to economic downturn. We hope that economy will regain it's health. real estate vietnam
