I believe so - you'll probably want to talk to your lender in regards to this. With today's lending market, however, you may have a harder time than normal. Do you have a lender you know already or need a referral?

I think it is still going to show up as dba if you are not incorporated. It is a really easy process to set up a corporation online in the State of Ga. I don't know about all states. You simply go online and find a name that is not in use and then apply to incorporate to the state giving the SS# of all the members or officers depending on whether you are an LLC or Inc. It will take about 30 days all total. (Costs about $125 dollars if you don't use a lawyer - about $1000 if you do.) Much cleaner than DBA in my opinion. Makes your taxes much cleaner as well. Expenses under the LLC are much easier to keep seperate from personal. You can pay yourself a salary out of the corporation, health insurance premiums are deductable, etc.

I'm sure you can if the EIN# or corporation can prove a good enough D&B Credit rating and enough income. I would check with a mortgage broker who has been down this road before. Good Luck!

The easiest is to buy it under your own name, then you can sell, assign, transfer to your operating entity. If you are buying with a mortgage, you`ll probably be on the hook personally, anyway.

If you`re interested in good deals and leads contact me:
