I’M giving you a few tips in buying property in Spain so you can have fun and serenity while staying here for the rest of your life as ex pats with your own families. First, familiarize yourself with the real estate laws and policies in this country so you will not be confused on which Spanish property for sale is best for you. Just like in Ibiza property for sale . With a nice and great location. But there’s really nothing to worry actually since real estate policies and laws are lax in Spain as far as individual foreign ownership of properties are concerned.

Hi Friend,
Recently I have bought a house and quite satisfied with this. My friend told me to take help from real estate agents. From their help I really got a good place and don’t have any complains. They specialize in selling discount homes and they also sell real estate notes. Hope it will help you too.
Good Luck!!!!!

of course you must think twice, on any investment but its all aboutthe right option, stock, commodity or land(freehold land). please do not look at the markets as a whole but individual investment oppertunities.Even at the moment a select few are making bunddles of cash in land investments...have a look at handmworldwide.com as they have been making a lot of people very rich over the last year and are still doing so.timming is key and I found with this company they were sympathetic to my needs as an investor and were aware of how unsure the everyday investor can be...this company has shown me a 232%increase on my investment of 10k and i have another 3 years left and the estimated return, even in this current climate is around the 600% mark....have a look and ask for a Mr Harris he knows his stuff

When you are looking to buy property in try and contact as many Estate Agents as you can, to give yourself the best possible chance of finding your new house or flat.

Check out the local transport links the area you wish to buy a property, and try to use them during busy periods to plan potential journey times to your place of work.

Look into the proximity of local shops, Schools, and other amenities and public facilities in the area.

Council tax rates vary dramatically in different parts of , so do your homework before you buy a house in !

Car parking in is a major problem, and permit charges are common in many residential areas. Particularly with flats so check before hand when you want to buy a flat in .

Try to view the property during the day and in the evening to get a complete feel for the area.

Think about the unforeseeable future. The property market is a very uncertain area. Interest rates can increase at any time, and that will have direct impact on your monthly mortgage repayments. You may be out of work for a period of time, would you still be able to afford the monthly mortgage payments?
