These banks make up approximately 80% of the information that you'd have access to if you were to pay for a typical subscription-based program offered by many "foreclosure" companies (that often seem to be more interested in trading outdated, useless data for your personal data and selling it to garbage companies).

W*lls Fargo and C*untry Wide alone make up over a third of all mortgages in the U.S. The big difference here is that you pay once for the booklet and you get direct access to the banks, the foreclosured properties and accurate broker information (at least a phone number). No more "carrot" dangling -- no idiots to have to deal through. Deal directly with the banks' appointed broker (in most cases, bank's exclusive broker).

Some of the information in the booklet can be located through a (diligent) g*ogle search, while other information has not been marketed or made public. It has taken us 10 months to put together this information. Personally, I actively search all these bank sites regularly. The first six banks list new properties DAILY or WEEKLY. I have experienced only a few instances of outdated data working with them. The reason is because they regularly update their listings. The government sites generally list every Friday, and are seldom out of date. The HUD and VA listings are great because they let you bid on the properites
