I'm about to dive into the "Millionaire Real Estate Investor" book from Gary Keller's group. Have any of you read this book yet, and if so, do you think it helped you?

I have not read it yet either. I have real the Millionaire Real Estate Agent a couple of times. I need to read this one as well. Let me know what you think as you get into it.
