OK. How does in work in detail?

• We locate homes for this program that are in new to near new condition, in great neighborhoods, that we can purchase at a substantial discount.
• You are considered for properties, after we receive all of your enrollment documents.
• We send you property overviews. Each property may have up to 40% verifiable equity.
• If you like a particular property you received and wish to take the next step, we then connect you to a finance manger that will handle all of your financing needs.
• We handle every step of the purchase process: research, due diligence, appraisal, and closing.
• All of the closing cost will be paid for you.
• Next receive, for your participation in the transaction, Five percent (5%) of the loan amount within Five (5) days after closing.
• After closing, each property is placed into a Land Trust.
• We escrow Six (6) months worth of payments to insure the payments are made while we arrange for a purchase or lease purchase tenant to take over the payments.
