Hello to all - I was just hit with a double whammy. I was downsized at work and had my rentor bail out on me. This house was recently renovated, 4 side brick ranch, 3 bed/2 bath in Marietta, GA - a nice area just north of Atlanta. I am really in a pinch and need to sell this house fast. I can offer it below market value. I have lots of pix for anyone interested. Here are the particulars:
estimated appraisal $146-150K amount owed $128K estimated mtg payment $900 estimated rental rate in area $1200 house is completely remodeled with nice tile kitchen, Jenn-Aire stove, hardwood floors, large bonus room, large back yard (fenced) and deck House is located off Sandtown/Windy Hill Rd area code 30060
Thank you - Mike

Hey Mike. Sorry to hear about your troubles. There are a couple of Georgia guys on the board, I'm sure they'll check soon and let you know if they have anyone for you.

Mike,
My name is Damien. I'm and investor. I've been in Real Estate since 1992 and I've work in two mortgage companies here in California. If you're still in trouble with your investment, please email me here so we can talk more. We can still make this a win/win opportunity for you and the prospective buyer. Understand, everybody wants something. Buyers and investors alike still look at it as ("What's in it for me").
There are two stong selling points I already see.
I look forward in speaking to you soon.
Respectfully, Damien
